  • 1 banana, frozen

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 3 dates, pitted

  • Dash of vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil

  1. Add to the blender or food processor 1 banana, peeled and frozen.

  2. Add 1/2 cup strawberries, frozen with the leaves removed.

  3. Pour in 1/2 cup almond milk.

  4. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk.

  5. Pour in 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.

  6. Add 3 dates, pitted.

  7. Add a dash of vanilla extract.

  8. Pour in 1 tablespoon MCT oil.

  9. Combine all ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy.

  10. Pour blender contents into a tall glass.

  11. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a day.
