Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 almond milk

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • For Toppings:

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Chopped Almonds

  • Lavender Flowers

Instructions
  1. Add 3 tablespoons of your favorite almond butter to a blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1 cup frozen cauliflower.

  3. Add 1 cup frozen blueberries.

  4. Add 1/2 cup almond milk.

  5. Add 1/4 of an avocado.

  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon culinary lavender. You can find this at Trader Joe’s or buy online from Amazon and other suppliers.

  7. Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds.

  8. Blend ingredients together until you achieve the desired consistency. If smoothie is too thick, add filtered water and reblend.

  9. Pour blender contents into a tall glass and top with as much shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and lavender flowers as wanted.

  10. Drink and destress.
