  • Layer 1:

  • 1 beet, chopped

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • Layer 2:

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seed

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into blender.

  2. Clean and chop 1 beet and add to blender.

  3. Add 1 frozen banana and 1/2 cup frozen raspberries.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and blend.

  5. Pour into glass.

  6. Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into your blender.

  7. Add 1 frozen banana.

  8. Scoop 1 cup of frozen pineapple and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries and add to your smoothie creation.

  9. Add 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds and blend.

  10. Pour into glass over the first layer and blend together.

  11. Enjoy!
