Super Thick Antioxidant Smoothie

Our antioxidant smoothie makes a great milkshake alternative when you’ve got a sweet tooth. It’s filled with natural sugars from bananas and berries and is loaded with immune boosters like vitamin C, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatories.

This scrumptious super thick smoothie also contains omega-3 fatty acids, healthy fats which promote cardiovascular health. Our Super Thick Antioxidant Smoothie only requires a few minutes of prep, so it’s easy to whip up on the go as a breakfast shake, afternoon treat, or even a dessert drink.

  •  Ready In: 10 minutes
  • 1/2 cup frozen bananas

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 3/4 cup hemp milk

  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen

  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries

  • Pinch of sea salt

  1. Scoop 1/2 cup frozen bananas into your blender or food processor.

  2. Add 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower.

  3. Scoop in 2 cups of frozen strawberries.

  4. Add 3/4 cup hemp milk.

  5. Add 1/4 cup dried goji berries.

  6. Finish with 2 teaspoons of bee pollen and a pinch of sea salt.

  7. Blend until smooth, using the blender wand or a spoon to push down on the ingredients to help with the blending.
