Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

  • 15 mint leaves

  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen

Instructions
  1. Pour 3/4 cup of coconut milk into food processor or blender.

  2. Scoop 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut and add to coconut milk.

  3. Spoon 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches into food processor or blender.

  4. Add 1 cup of frozen pineapple after the peaches.

  5. Clean and chop mint leaves and add to other ingredients.

  6. Add a teaspoon of bee pollen.

  7. Blend until smooth.

  8. Enjoy!
