  • 1/2 cup kale

  • 1/2 cup peaches, frozen

  • 1 cup pineapple, frozen

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1/2 cup coconut water

  1. Wash and cut the kale; then place 1/2 a cup in the blender.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of frozen peaches.

  3. Add 1 cup of frozen pineapple.

  4. Pour 1/2 cup of orange juice into the blender.

  5. Squeeze the lemon and pour 1/2 of juice into the blender.

  6. Add 1/2 cup of coconut.
